Returns
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Your item must be in the original packaging.
Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once I receive your item, I will inspect it and notify you that I have received your returned item.
I will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, I will initiate a refund to your original method of payment (or direct bank transfer please provide these details via email).
You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your bank or card issuer’s policies. Perishables are not refundable.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Terms of Sale
Thank you for your purchase and doing business with The Natural Me, this is a small business operating from home. All orders are dispatched from my home based at lot 90 Walsh River Road Watsonville Qld 4887 which is a 30 km round trip from the post office.
I endeavour to get all orders out ASAP however there are sometimes delays which are out of my control, i.e. public holidays, sickness, family emergencies. A postal tracking numbers is sent with all orders either by email or text to your mobile phone. If you are concerned about the whereabouts of your order please contact me.
